Meet the coach
I'm a Precision Nutrition Level 2 certified coach. I've been in health and fitness for more than a decade. I've coached men through 6-month and 12-month programs, and I've had the calls where everything clicks — and the ones where it doesn't. I practice what I coach, not perfectly, but consistently. That's the whole point.
Why this work
The wellness industry still talks to women. The fitness industry talks to 24-year-olds or retirees. In between is a huge group of men who carry real weight — family, career, aging parents — and who are tired of fitness that treats them like a project to perfect.
These men don't need more information. They have plenty. What they need is a coach who asks them the question they've been avoiding: what's the gap between who you say you are and how you're actually living?
That's the question Brolistic is built around. The Method — the Bro Pyramid for priority, the five domains for context, and the biweekly coaching loop for rhythm — exists to help men close that gap sustainably. Not in 30 days. In the long game.
What I stand for
If a practice, product, or piece of content doesn't align with at least one of these, it doesn't belong in Brolistic.
